Agreement
By booking a service with Lux Detail, you agree to these terms and to our service policies.
Pricing
All advertised prices are starting prices based on vehicle size. Final pricing may change based on vehicle condition. Any additional cost is approved by you before extra work begins.
Scheduling and cancellation
Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. No deposit is required to book.
Access and permission
You confirm that you are authorized to have the vehicle serviced and that mobile detailing is permitted at the service location. Access to water or electricity may be required.
Customer responsibilities
Please remove personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. Lux Detail is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Results
We take great care with every vehicle, but complete removal of every stain, scratch, or odor cannot be guaranteed.
Weather
Mobile appointments may be delayed or rescheduled when weather prevents safe or professional service.
Memberships
Memberships require a three-month minimum, include one service per month, do not roll over unused services, and apply to the registered vehicle.
